FansMeetup

Virtual meet and greet sessions fans book and pay for

A virtual meet and greet gives fans a real moment with you without travel, venues or shared numbers. On FansMeetup you sell it as timed one on one slots or as a ticketed group room, and every fan pays before the session starts.

A virtual meet and greet platform built for creators

General video tools were made for meetings at work. They have no tickets, no holding of money and no rules about what fans may ask for. FansMeetup is made for paid time with fans.

  • Booking page with open slots shown in each fan's time zone.
  • Prepaid slots and seats, with the money held until the session happens.
  • Browser call room with a timer, end call, report and block.
  • Your boundaries shown on every booking form.
  • Weekly payouts, and you keep 80 percent.

Online meet and greet formats

Timed greeting line

Open a row of 5 minute calls back to back with short buffers. Fans book one slot each and meet you one by one, like a signing line, but from home.

Ticketed group room

Sell 5 to 50 seats for a one hour session. You talk, answer questions and greet fans by name in the chat. More in group sessions.

Members only meet and greet

Make a session open only to your VIP members. It gives the membership a clear reason to stay. See the VIP fan club.

Watch party with a hello

Run an online watch party with tickets and open short calls right after for fans who want a private word. Tickets work like any other virtual ticketing.

Running a virtual fan meeting

  1. 1

Pick a date and a format, and set the price per slot or seat.

  2. 2

Share the booking link two weeks ahead and give VIP members first pick.

  3. 3

Close bookings a few hours before so the line is final.

  4. 4

Join the room in the browser at the start time. The timer handles the rest.

  5. 5

Money from the session goes to your balance once it ends.

Meet and greet online as a fan

Pick a creator, choose a slot or a seat and pay upfront by card or crypto. The price shown is the price you pay. You join from your phone or computer, no app needed. If the creator does not show up, the full amount goes back to your wallet.

Safe by design

Both sides agree to a safety recording before each session. Recordings are stored encrypted for a limited time and opened only for a report or a dispute. Fans may not screen record under the terms, and the stream is watermarked. Messages that contain numbers, addresses or meeting requests are blocked, because FansMeetup is online only. Full detail on the safety page.
