How do paid video calls work, answers in one place
Short answers for fans and creators about booking, paying, payouts, recording and safety on FansMeetup. For the full walk through, read how it works, and for fees see pricing.
How do paid video calls work for fans?
You pick a creator, choose a call length and an open slot shown in your time zone, and pay before the call. At the booked time you open a private room in your browser and talk face to face until the timer ends.
Do I need an app or a phone number?
Neither. The call room opens in the browser on a phone or a computer, and nobody shares a number, an email or a social handle.
Why do I have to verify my age?
Every person on FansMeetup is an adult. Fans pass an age check once, before the first paid booking, and nobody can book anything without it.
Can I ask the creator for anything I want?
You can order only what is on her menu. Each creator publishes her own boundaries, and the booking form shows them before you pay.
Can I record the call?
No. Screen recording by fans is not allowed under the terms, and the stream carries a watermark.
Who can open a booking page?
Any adult creator who passes an ID and selfie liveness check with an identity verification provider. The page goes live after the check.
Which formats can I sell?
One on one calls of 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes, group sessions with 5 to 50 seats, custom videos, voice messages, a VIP membership and tickets to public fan events. Each one is optional.
How do I control my hours?
You open the hours you want, add buffers between calls, set a daily cap and mark days off. Fans can book only inside those hours.
Can my manager help run my page?
Yes. Team seats let a manager open hours and move bookings. Team seats never show or change payouts.
Questions about money
How do fans pay?
By card through a processor that accepts adult platforms, or in crypto. The receipt arrives by email.
When does the creator receive the money?
The payment is held while the call is upcoming. Once the call is done, it moves to the creator's balance, and balances are paid out every week to a bank account or in crypto.
What does FansMeetup charge?
A fee of 20 percent on each sale, taken from the creator's side. Creators keep 80 percent, fans pay only the listed price, and creators pay no monthly fee.
What if the creator misses the call?
The fan gets the whole amount back in the wallet and can use it on another booking.
What if the fan misses the call?
The slot was reserved, so the creator is paid for it.
How do custom videos get paid?
The fan pays when ordering, and the money reaches the creator when the video or voice message is delivered.
Why are calls recorded?
To settle reports and disputes fairly. Both sides agree before each call, recordings are stored encrypted for a limited time, and they are opened only when a report or a dispute needs them.
Can I meet a creator in person?
No. Meetings are online only. Private meetings in person, escorting and any offline sexual service are against the terms. The only offline format is a ticketed event at a public venue.
What happens if someone breaks the rules during a call?
Either side can end the call at once and press report. A creator can block a fan, and a blocked fan can no longer book her.
How do I contact support?
Write to [email protected] and include your booking details so the team can check the record.
