How the estimate is worked out

Every number comes from your own inputs. Each hour you open holds four 15 minute calls, a month counts as four weeks, and the fill rate you pick sets how many of those slots fans book. Group seats are multiplied by your ticket price and the number of sessions you run each month, and custom videos and VIP members by their prices, the same way. From the total fans pay, the 20 percent platform fee is taken off, and what is left is your month.

See every fee and price floor on the pricing page, or read how paid video calls work.

With the default inputs, 50 USD per call and 5 hours a week at a steady 60 percent, that is 80 slots, 48 booked, 2,400 USD paid by fans and 1,920 USD for you.

Planner questions

Is this a guarantee of income?

No. It is your own estimate, built from your prices, your hours and the fill rate you pick. Real bookings depend on your audience.

Why does the planner use 15 minute calls?

A 15 minute call is the most common length to price from. On your booking page you can also sell 5, 10 and 30 minute calls.

Are fees included in the result?

Yes. The month shown is after the 20 percent platform fee. Fans pay your prices with nothing added on top.

Do I need an account to use the planner?

No. You see your month without signing up. You create an account when you want to save your plan and open your booking page.
