What is allowed
- Calls, group sessions, custom videos and voice messages between consenting, verified adults, within the boundaries the creator publishes.
- Adult and sensual content where it is legal and where every person shown is a verified adult who agreed to appear.
- Conversation, flirting, roleplay, fan questions, shout outs, birthday messages and similar personal content.
- Booking pages with photos, prices, availability, a menu of custom requests and a clear list of what the creator does and does not do.
- Tickets to official fan events at public venues, such as conventions, or online watch parties.
Creator boundaries
Every creator decides what she offers and publishes her boundaries on her booking page. Fans must stay inside them. A creator may decline any request, end a call at once if a fan crosses a boundary, and block that fan. Pushing a creator to go beyond her boundaries breaks this policy.
What is forbidden
- Any person under 18, anyone who appears to be under 18, and any content that sexualises minors in any way, including roleplay, costumes or descriptions.
- Content made, shared or requested without the consent of every person in it, including hidden camera, revenge or leaked content.
- Real world meetings arranged through FansMeetup, except tickets to official events at public venues.
- Escorting, and any sexual service offered or provided offline in exchange for money or gifts.
- Sharing or asking for phone numbers, addresses, outside social handles, messaging apps or any other way to make contact outside FansMeetup.
- Illegal acts, or content that promotes them, including drugs, weapons and fraud.
- Hate speech, threats, harassment, bullying and content that attacks people for who they are.
- Violence, self harm, and content that involves real harm to any person or animal.
- Impersonation of another person, use of another person's photos, and misleading claims about who appears on a call.
- Recording, screenshotting or sharing calls, group sessions or delivered content, and recording other people without their consent.
- Spam, scams and attempts to take payment outside FansMeetup.
Safety recordings
Calls and group sessions are recorded for safety, with the agreement of both sides before every call. Recordings are stored encrypted for a limited period and opened only to handle a report or a dispute. They help us act on reports fairly and quickly. Read more on the safety page.
Booking pages
Photos and text on booking pages must show the creator who owns the page, must not include contact details outside FansMeetup, and must follow every rule in this policy. Photos on the site depict adults over 18.
How we enforce this policy
- Messages, booking briefs and order notes are checked for contact details and meeting requests, and matches are blocked.
- Every call, booking page, order and message has a report button that sends the report straight to our safety team.
- We review reports using the safety recording and related messages, and urgent reports are handled first.
- Depending on the breach, we may remove content, warn, limit or suspend an account, cancel bookings, hold payments connected to the breach, or close the account for good.
- Anything involving minors leads to the immediate closing of every account involved and a report to the competent authorities.
Appeals
If you believe we acted on your account by mistake, write to [email protected] and explain why. A different member of our team looks at the case again and replies with the decision.
