How to reach the FansMeetup support team
FansMeetup support works by email. Write to [email protected] from the address on your account and a real person on our team reads every message and replies with concrete steps.
Email [email protected]
This is the only contact address for FansMeetup. We do not run a phone line, a contact form or a chat with strangers, because email lets us check that the request really comes from the owner of the account.
Write from the email address you used to create your account. If you cannot access that inbox, say so in your message and tell us your display name, so we can confirm it is you before we change anything.
What to write to us about
- A booking that did not happen, a call that dropped, or a custom order that was not delivered.
- A payment, a wallet balance, a receipt or a charge you do not recognise.
- Payouts, payout methods and the 20 percent fee on your sales, as described on the pricing page.
- Creator ID verification or fan age checks that are stuck or need a second look.
- Changes to your booking page, team seats for a manager, or closing your account.
- Questions about your data, as described in the privacy policy.
What to include in your message
- Your display name and the email address on your account.
- The booking, order or membership the message is about, with the date and time.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- A screenshot of the screen where something went wrong, if you have one. Please do not send screen recordings of calls, they are not allowed under the terms.
When you can expect an answer
We answer every message, normally within one business day, often faster. Reports about safety and anything that affects an upcoming booked call go to the front of the line.
If we need something more from you, we ask one clear question instead of sending a generic reply. When a problem needs a fix on our side, we fix it and write back to tell you it is done and what to do next.
Reporting a call, a booking or a message
The fastest way to report something that happens on a call is the report button inside the call window. It sends the report to our safety team with the booking already attached, and you can end the call and block the other person at once.
You can also report a booking page, an order or a message from the report button next to it. Read more about recording, reports and blocking on the safety page and in the content policy.
Urgent safety issues
If someone asks you to meet offline, pushes for your phone number or other contact details, or you believe anyone involved may be under 18, report it with the report button right away and write to [email protected] with the subject line Urgent safety. These reports are handled before anything else.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then tell us.
Before you write
Many answers are already on the site. The FAQ covers bookings, payments and no-shows, and how it works walks through a call from booking to payout.
