Every person is a verified adult
All persons who appear in any visual depiction on FansMeetup, including calls, group sessions, custom videos and booking page photos, were 18 years of age or older at the time the depiction was created.
Every creator completes an identity check with a government issued photo ID and a live selfie before her booking page is published. No content is published and no booking can be made until this check is passed. Any other person who appears on a creator's calls or in her content must also be a verified adult.
Records
Records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 for content produced by creators on FansMeetup are kept by the custodian of records for the service. Creators who produce content are responsible for keeping their own records as required by law, and they confirm this when they create a booking page.
Requests for records
Requests to inspect records must be directed to the custodian of records by email at [email protected], with the subject line 2257 records request. Requests must identify the content concerned. Records are made available as required by law.
Photos on this site
Photos used on the public pages of fansmeetup.com depict adults over 18. Some of these images are illustrations created for the site and do not show real creators on the platform.
Exempt content
Some content on the site, such as text, prices and interface elements, does not contain visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct and is not subject to these record keeping requirements.
Zero tolerance for minors
FansMeetup has zero tolerance for any content involving a person under 18. Any such content is removed at once, the accounts involved are closed and the matter is reported to the competent authorities.
