The rules for using FansMeetup

These terms govern your use of fansmeetup.com, a platform where verified adult creators sell online time to verified adult fans. The service is run by the administrator of the fansmeetup.com service, called "FansMeetup", "we" or "us" below. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms, to the privacy policy and to the content policy.

Who may use FansMeetup

FansMeetup is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and legally able to enter into these terms.

Every creator completes an identity check with a government ID and a live selfie before their booking page goes live. Every fan completes an age check before their first paid booking. We may repeat a check at any time, and we may refuse or close any account that does not pass.

You may not use FansMeetup where it is against the law where you are, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

Your account

  • You give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You keep your password private and you are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • One person per account. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.
  • Creators appear under a display name. Legal names stay hidden from fans.
  • Creators may add team seats for managers. Team members can manage the calendar only and never have access to payouts.

What can be sold on FansMeetup

  • One on one video calls of 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes, held privately in the browser.
  • Group video sessions with 5 to 50 seats, sold as tickets per seat.
  • Custom recorded videos and voice messages made on request within the creator's own menu.
  • VIP memberships per creator, billed monthly.
  • Tickets to official fan events held at public venues, such as conventions, or online watch parties.

Nothing else may be sold through FansMeetup, and nothing may be sold outside FansMeetup to people met through it.

Creator obligations

  • You are the person shown on your booking page, and every person who appears on your calls or in your recordings is a verified adult who has agreed to appear.
  • You hold every booked call at the booked time, or cancel it early through your calendar.
  • You deliver custom videos and voice messages within the delivery window you set, and only content that matches your menu and the content policy.
  • You publish your own boundaries on your booking page and you keep to them.
  • You do not ask fans for money, gifts or contact details outside FansMeetup.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes on your earnings.

Fan obligations

  • You treat creators with respect and stay within the boundaries on their booking page.
  • You join booked calls on time. A call you miss is paid to the creator.
  • You do not record, screenshot, capture or share any call, group session or delivered content.
  • You do not ask for a creator's phone number, address, outside accounts or a meeting in person.
  • You pay only through FansMeetup and do not dispute genuine charges.

Prices and the platform fee

Creators set every price on their booking page, at or above the price floors shown on the pricing page. Fans pay the price shown, with nothing added by FansMeetup.

FansMeetup keeps a platform fee of 20 percent of each sale. The creator receives the other 80 percent. There is no monthly fee for creators. Creators may change prices at any time, and new prices apply only to new bookings and orders.

Payments

Fans pay by card through a card processor that accepts adult platforms, or in crypto through a crypto payment provider. Card statements may show a processor descriptor rather than the FansMeetup name. Receipts are sent by email.

When a fan books a call, buys a seat or places an order, the payment is taken at once and held by FansMeetup. It is released to the creator after the call has taken place, after the session has run, or after the order has been delivered.

Creators are paid weekly to a bank account or in crypto, after any held amounts are released. We may hold a payout while we review a report, a dispute or a suspected fraud.

No-shows and deliveries

  • If the creator misses a booked call or a group session does not run, the fan's money returns to the fan's wallet.
  • If the fan misses a booked call, the creator is paid for the booked time.
  • If a custom video or voice message is not delivered within the creator's delivery window, the fan's money returns to the fan's wallet.
  • Wallet balances can be used for any booking or order on FansMeetup.

VIP memberships

A VIP membership renews automatically every month at the price the creator set when you joined, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Members get first pick of new call slots, a member price on calls and access to members only group sessions, as set by each creator.

Payments are final

All payments are final. We do not give refunds, except for a duplicate charge for the same purchase, a charge you did not authorise and that we confirm as unauthorised, or a total failure of the service that prevented the purchase from being delivered.

Cancelling a membership or an account stops future charges but does not refund a period that has already been charged. Separately from refunds, the platform's own wallet rule applies: when a creator misses a booked call or does not deliver an order, the fan's money returns to the fan's wallet as described above.

If you live in a country that gives consumers a right to withdraw from a purchase, you agree, when you book or order, that the service starts at once, and you accept that the right of withdrawal ends once the call has taken place or the content has been delivered.

Online only

FansMeetup is an online service. Calls, group sessions, videos and messages all happen on the platform.

The following are forbidden and lead to the immediate closing of every account involved:

  • arranging, offering or requesting a private meeting in person;
  • escorting, or any offline sexual service in exchange for money or gifts;
  • using FansMeetup to find, contact or meet anyone offline.

The only offline format is a ticketed fan event at a public venue, organised by the creator or by a verified organiser. Venue events never include private one on one meetings.

Contact detail filter

Messages, booking briefs and order notes are checked automatically for phone numbers, addresses, outside handles and meeting requests. Matches are blocked and may be reviewed by our safety team. Trying to get around the filter breaks these terms.

Calls and group sessions are recorded for safety. Both the creator and the fan agree to this before every call. Recordings are stored encrypted for a limited period and are opened only to handle a report or a dispute, or where the law requires it. They are then deleted. Details are on the safety page and in the privacy policy.

Safety recordings are not given to either party and are never published.

Prohibited content and conduct

Everything on FansMeetup must follow the content policy. In short, it is forbidden to show, offer or request:

  • anything involving a person under 18, or anyone who appears to be under 18;
  • content made or shared without the consent of every person in it;
  • real world meetings, escorting or offline sexual services;
  • the exchange of phone numbers, addresses or outside contact details;
  • illegal acts, violence, threats, hate or harassment;
  • impersonation of another person or use of someone else's images;
  • recording of other people without their consent.

Minors, zero tolerance

FansMeetup has zero tolerance for anything involving minors. Any such content or attempt leads to the immediate closing of the accounts involved, the withholding of funds as allowed by law, and a report to the competent authorities.

Reports and enforcement

Every call, booking page, order and message has a report button. Creators can end a call at once and block a fan, and blocked fans cannot book that creator again.

When we receive a report, we may review the safety recording and the related messages. Depending on what we find, we may warn, limit or suspend an account, cancel bookings, hold or reverse payments that are connected to a breach, or close the account for good. Serious breaches are passed to the authorities.

Intellectual property

Creators keep the rights to their own content. By publishing on FansMeetup, a creator allows us to host, display and deliver that content to the fans who paid for it, and to show the booking page on the site.

A fan who buys a custom video or voice message receives a personal, non transferable right to view or listen to it for private use. It may not be copied, resold, shared or published.

The FansMeetup name, site design and software belong to FansMeetup and may not be copied.

No screen recording

Fans may not record, screenshot or capture any call, group session or delivered content by any means. Streams are watermarked, and a leak can be traced back to the account it came from. Breaking this rule leads to the closing of the account and may lead to legal action by the creator.

Disclaimers

FansMeetup is a booking platform. Creators are independent and are not employees or agents of FansMeetup. We do not guarantee any level of earnings, any number of bookings, or that the service will always be available without interruption.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, FansMeetup is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to, or earned through, FansMeetup in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Governing terms

These terms are governed by the law that applies to the operation of the service, without regard to conflict of law rules, and by the mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live. Before going to court, please write to [email protected] so we can try to resolve the matter with you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will show the new date at the top of this page and, for important changes, tell you by email before they take effect. If you keep using FansMeetup after a change, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can close your account.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Booked calls and open orders are settled under these terms before the account is closed.
