Formats and price floors

Every price is set by the creator. The floors below stop anyone from selling their time too cheaply.

One on one video calls

You set a price for each length you offer: 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes.
The fan pays when booking, and the money is held until the call is done.
If you miss the call, the fan's money goes back to their wallet.
If the fan misses the call, you are paid for the booked time.

Group video sessions

You set the number of seats, from 5 to 50, and the ticket price.
Fans join from the browser, with no app to install.
One hour of your time is sold to many fans at once.

Custom videos and voice messages

You publish a menu with prices and a list of what you do and do not record.
Fans order inside that menu and pay upfront.
Money is released to you when you deliver.

VIP membership

A monthly membership per creator, priced by you between 9.99 and 99.99 USD.
Members get first pick of new call slots, a member price on calls and access to members only group sessions.
It renews every month, and fans can cancel any time with access to the end of the paid month.

Public fan event tickets

Tickets for official fan events at public venues, such as signings at conventions, or for online watch parties.
Every ticket holder is a verified adult, and venue tickets come with a QR code.

What a month can look like

Say you charge 50 USD for a 15 minute call and open 5 hours a week. That is 80 call slots in a four week month. If 60 percent of them are booked, fans pay 2,400 USD and you keep 1,920 USD after the fee.

How to pick your video call price

1Start from what fans already pay you for custom content, and price a 15 minute call above it, because live time is scarcer than a video.
2Offer a short 5 minute call as an easy first booking and a 30 minute call for your top fans.
3Give VIP members a lower call price so the membership pays for itself.
4Raise prices when your slots fill up a week ahead.

Pricing questions

Is there a monthly fee for creators?

No. FansMeetup earns only the 20 percent fee when you make a sale.

Do fans pay any extra fees?

No. Fans pay the price on your booking page and nothing more.

Can I change my prices?

Yes, any time. New prices apply to new bookings. Calls already booked keep the price the fan paid.

Can I give VIP members a better price?

Yes. You set a member price on calls, and members also get first pick of new slots.

Is there a free trial call?

No. Every call, seat and order is paid, because your time is the product.

Which payment methods can fans use?

Fans pay by card through a processor that accepts adult platforms, or in crypto. Receipts arrive by email.

Are there team plans for managers?

Team seats are included for every creator. A manager can run the calendar but never sees or moves payouts.
